Pricing Description:
Low Season: Opening day through December 22 $400 per night
(All season rates will offer a $50 per night reduction for 7 consecutive night
stays running Saturday to Saturday.)
December 22 through January 5 $550 per night
January 5 through January 19 $500 per night
January 19 through March 29 $550 per night.
March 29 through end of ski season $500 per night
Listing Description:
Our condominium is in a 16 unit development on Saddleview Way, a quiet private road
with beautiful views of the Park City Mountain Resort. It's located only one minute
from the Park City Mountain resort, thee minutes from The Canyons and three minutes
from Historic Main Street. The free bus shuttle stops at the top of our street.
Our unit is a 3 level 3000 sq. ft. condo that can sleep up to 10 people comfortably.
It has four private bedrooms, 3 and a half baths, two fireplaces, a sauna,
a private hot tub, a jetted jacuzzi in master bath, and a recreation room.
It is also equipped with wireless internet capabilities.
The condo will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and following your
departure. All linens and bedding are provided as well as unlimited free firewood.
Other Information:
A deposit equal to one night's lodging and a signed Lodging Reservation Agreement
form are due 10 days after booking.
Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If booked within 45 days of arrival date,
full lodging and deposit amount is due within 10 days.
All funds deposited may be held in an interest bearing account.
All interest thereon shall be the propertyof the owners and shall not reduce any other
amounts due. The deposit will be promptly refunded after inspection and after
deduction for damages, if any.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made over 45 days prior to arrival shall forfeit
a $50.00 handling fee. Cancellations made between 45 days and 30 days prior to
arrival, inclusive, shall forfeit the equivalent of one night's lodging. If the reservation
is cancelled within 30 days of arrival all payments made shall be forfeited.
All forfeitures shall be deemed to be liquidated damages in lieu of actual damages
to the owners.
