Other Information:
A deposit equal to one night's lodging and a signed Lodging Reservation Agreement form are due 10 days after booking.
Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If booked within 45 days of arrival date, full lodging and deposit amount is due within 10 days. All funds deposited may be held in an interest bearing account. All interest thereon shall be the property of the owners and shall not reduce any other amounts due. The deposit will be promptly refunded after inspection and after deduction for damages, if any.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made over 45 days prior to arrival shall forfeit a $50.00 handling fee. Cancellations made between 45 days and 30 days prior to arrival, inclusive, shall forfeit the equivalent of one night's lodging. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival all payments made shall be forfeited. All forfeitures shall be deemed to be liquidated damages in lieu of actual damages to the owners.
